L.A. Brooks was born in Clarion, PA in 1980.
She is a professional writer, photographer and artist who has exhibited her fine art nationally. Her articles have appeared in such publications as The San Francisco Chronicle, The Salinas Californian, BUST magazine, Atomic magazine, Pulp magazine and Oregon Coast magazine. She is also a published poet.
